Kumar Builders,Pune

Our place is a bit out of the way if you’re looking for a typical Pune office. We are actually located at Deolali Pravara in Rahuri, which is in the Ahmednagar district. The name says Kumar Builders, Pune, but most of our days are spent here in the Taluka. The address is linked to Dhananay J. Chavan Patil, and it’s a much more rural setting than the big city. You won’t find any glass skyscrapers around us. Instead, there’s a lot of open space and the kind of quiet you only get in the district areas. We spend a lot of time on the road between different sites. Sometimes we have to head towards Pune for supplies or meetings, but the heart of the work happens right here in the village area. The office is simple, just some chairs and a desk where we keep our registers. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us handling the builders' side of things for the local area. The weather gets pretty dry out here, and the roads can be a bit rough during the monsoon, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We usually have people from the village dropping by to talk about local work or just to have a chat. It’s a slow pace compared to the city, but it keeps us busy enough. We just try to get the building work done without too much fuss.
