Kumar Builder'S

Out here in Lohogoan, things are a bit different than the main city area. Kumar Builder'S is based right in the village, under the Haveli taluka. It’s a bit quieter, but we stay busy with all the new stuff coming up around this part of Pune. Our office is just a simple place where we keep our tools and our logs. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. Most of the time, our boots are covered in mud or dust from being out in the fields where the new projects are starting. We know the people around here and they know us. If you walk into our spot, you’ll see stacks of cement bags nearby or maybe some steel rods waiting to be moved. We do a lot of the coordination ourselves, talking to the local laborers and making sure the tractors and trucks can get where they need to go. The roads in this part of Pune-411047 can be a bit tricky, especially during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time planning around the rain. It’s practical work. We aren't sitting in air-conditioned rooms all day. We’re out there checking the foundations and making sure the bricks are being laid straight. It is just honest work that we’ve been doing for years, and we plan on staying right here in Lohogoan for a long time.
