Kumar Builders

We’ve been running Kumar Builders out of our place in Sukhsagar Nagar for a good while now. Our office is right there in Hira Residency, Flat 108. It is listed under Sandhya Mahajan's name, but that is where we do all our work. It isn't a big corporate setup or anything, just a few of us sitting around desks piled with site plans and rolls of blueprints. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out why the sand delivery is running late again. Pune 47 is home to us, and we know these streets pretty well because we spend half our day driving between different sites. Most mornings start early with a quick tea before we head out to check on the progress of whatever we are building at the moment. It gets pretty dusty and loud on site, but that is just how construction is. We don't spend much time making things look fancy in the office since we are usually out in the sun or dealing with contractors. Our desks are a bit of a mess with tape measures and old site diaries. We just focus on getting the walls up and making sure the slabs are poured right. People around here know where to find us if they need something done. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town, we just want to keep doing our work and making sure the structures we put up are solid enough to last.
