Kumar Builders

You can find Kumar Builders over on Sinhgad Road in Pune. We are located at B-15, Anandvan Heritage in Anand Nagar, care of Tushar Bhadane and Rahul Ravindra Chavan. It’s a bit of a specific spot, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know the building. The office is basically a working space where we handle the day-to-day logistics of our construction projects. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of shelving for all the project files. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on Sinhgad Road, dealing with the local traffic and visiting our various sites nearby. We aren't interested in being a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We like keeping things small so we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. Rahul and the rest of the team are usually out on-site during the day, so the office can be quiet until the evening when everyone comes back to report. We talk about things like cement quality, labor schedules, and the local municipal rules. We don't have a marketing team writing stories for us. We just do the work, pay our workers, and try to finish our buildings on time. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s served us well over the years. We just keep our focus on the bricks and mortar and getting things done.
