Kumar Builders operates out of the 411 018 area in Pune. It’s a part of the city that has seen a lot of industrial growth, and we have been right in the thick of it. Our daily routine involves a lot of driving between different sites and meeting with suppliers. The office is more of a home base where we file the necessary paperwork and keep our tools organized. We aren’t big on corporate culture or fancy titles. Most of the guys here wear dusty boots and carry tape measures everywhere they go. We deal with the local authorities, sort out the electricity connections, and make sure the masonry is done right. Pune’s weather can be unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time planning around the seasons. When the monsoon hits, we shift our focus to indoor work or planning the next phase of a project. We don't make big promises or use fancy language to describe what we do. We just build. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or a tool breaking, but we just fix it and move on. It’s about being reliable and showing up every morning. We’ve got a good group of workers who have been with us through thick and thin. We don’t need much else besides a solid plan and enough bricks to finish the job. There is no magic to it, just steady work.
