Kumar Builders

Kumar Builders has been here in Dhankawadi for quite some time now. Our office is up on the third floor of Raj Palace in Mungale Anna Nagar. It’s a busy part of Pune, and we get a lot of people walking in just to ask about local plots or small apartment projects we are working on. We usually have a few drawings spread out on the main table and there is always someone on the phone talking to a site supervisor. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the plans right. We don't do anything fancy with our office space; it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and filing cabinets filled with old blueprints. Most of the guys here grew up in this area, so we know the streets and the local rules pretty well. Sometimes we go out for tea at the corner shop when things get slow. We handle basic residential stuff mostly. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us arguing over a measurement or checking a permit paper. It's just a regular local construction office trying to get things done without too much fuss. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, with more buildings going up every month. We just keep doing our part, one project at a time, making sure the walls are straight and the paperwork is filed. No big corporate talk here, just hard work and a lot of tea.
