You can find us over in Kondhwa Bk, right near Sinhgad College. Our office is at the Dr. B.L.H. Box Unit in the Kondhwa Hospital area. It is a bit of a busy spot with all the college traffic and the hospital nearby. We have our mobile number 9975842310 listed because we are almost never sitting in the office for long. Most of our time is spent out in Antule Nagar or other parts of the district checking on the progress of our buildings. Construction is a messy, dusty job, and we are usually right in the middle of it. We are not the type of builders who stay clean and sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. We like to see what the workers are doing and make sure everything is being done the way it was planned. The office is where we do the boring stuff like the tax work and the payroll. It’s a small space, nothing fancy, just a couple of chairs and a filing cabinet that has seen better days. We don't spend money on advertising because we would rather put that money into the actual projects. People find us because they see our sites around Pune. We are just a local team trying to do a decent job for a fair price, without any of the usual corporate talk.
