We are based out of the Shivneri building in Samatanagar, over in the New Sangvi area of Pune. The office is at the Bhor residence, which gives it a very local and neighborly feel. New Sangvi has grown so much lately, and we’ve been here to see most of it happen. Our days are usually pretty full, starting with a quick check of the emails and then heading out to see how the work is progressing on our different projects. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us who know the building trade well. We talk to the masons and the electricians ourselves rather than sending a middleman. The office at Pune 411 027 is where we keep all the hard copies of the permits and the ledgers. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but we like having everything on paper where we can see it. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to ask for advice on their own small repairs, and we try to help out when we can. We don't have a marketing budget or any fancy brochures. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around for a while and people know we aren't going anywhere. It’s just us, working hard every day to get the jobs finished.
