Our office is tucked away in the Vasundhara building right across from PICT College in Katraj. If you know this part of Pune, you know how busy the roads get with all the students and the traffic coming from Bhartividyapeth. We’ve been at the B/4 spot for a few years, and it serves us well enough for what we need. It is basically just a home base where we keep the site records and meet with people to go over plans. There is always a lot of noise from the street outside, but inside we just try to focus on getting our work done. We handle various building projects around this side of the city. Usually, the day starts with a lot of phone calls to check on material deliveries or to see which workers showed up at the sites. We are not big on flashy talk or corporate stuff. We just focus on the practical side of building, like making sure the concrete is mixed right and the walls are going up straight. The office isn't very large, so things can get a bit cluttered with samples and rolls of paper. We drink a lot of tea while we look over the accounts. It is a simple way of working, but it has worked for us so far. We are just local people trying to make a living in the construction business.
