Kumar Builders

We set up Kumar Builders at 9 Bhuwaneshwar Colony, right off Pashan Road in Pune. It’s a nice little spot, tucked away from the main roar of the highway. The 411008 area has changed a lot since we first moved in, but our office has stayed pretty much the same. We have a simple setup with a few desks and a big table for looking at site plans. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, ready to head out to a site at a moment's notice. Bhuwaneshwar Colony is a quiet neighborhood, so it gives us a good place to focus when we have to deal with the technical side of building. We’ve worked on a lot of different things over the years, but we always come back here to do the paperwork. We don't go in for big advertisements or catchy phrases. Most of our work comes from people just knowing our name and knowing where to find us. We take things one day at a time, making sure the foundations are poured right and the walls are straight. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the Pashan community. If you are driving down Pashan Road, we are just a quick turn away into the colony. It’s a simple office for a simple way of working.
