Kumar Builders

Our base for Kumar Builders is in Thane West, over at Brindaban Society. We are located at 57B/12. It’s a quiet residential society, which makes for a peaceful place to work compared to the busy streets outside. Living and working in the same area means we really know the 400 601 neighborhood. We aren't one of those massive firms with glass buildings and receptionists. Our office feels more like a home, which is fitting since we build homes for a living. We have our files, our computers, and usually a few cups of tea going. Most of our clients are people who live nearby or heard about us from someone in the society. We don't do much in the way of fancy brochures or polished presentations. We’d rather just show you what we’ve done and talk about what you need. The stairs up to our unit have seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the construction world right from this desk. It can be stressful when materials don't arrive on time or the rain stops work, but we just keep at it. Being part of Brindaban Society gives us a sense of community that you don't get in a big office park. If you're walking through the complex, you'll see our sign near the 12th unit.
