Kumar Builders

You can find Kumar Builders over at Dhayari Phata, just off the main Sinhagad Road in Pune. We are in the Manas Complex, specifically in building Aboli, room 503. Being near Sanas High School is a big help for people trying to find us for the first time. The traffic on Sinhagad Road can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, but we like this location because it’s close to a lot of our current work. Our office is on the fifth floor, so it’s a bit quieter up there than down on the street. We’ve filled the place with samples of stone and wood because we like to see things in person before we use them. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more of a workspace where we get our hands dirty planning out buildings. We started here years ago and have seen the whole area grow up around us. It’s a local operation through and through. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just us making sure the projects go right. We spend half our time in the office at Aboli and the other half out on the dusty sites. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish a call with a site supervisor. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't use a lot of big words or empty promises.
