Kumar Builders

Kumar Builders operates out of a small room, number 11 to be exact, in Building 566 at Lokseva Vasahat. We are located right on Tadiwala Road in Pune, 411001. It’s a very busy part of town, and things can get quite loud outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We have a couple of tables and enough room to spread out the big drawings we use for our projects. Being at number 13 on Tadiwala Road means we are easy to reach for anyone living in the central part of the city. We don't put on any acts here. When you come in, you see us exactly as we are, probably busy on the phone or writing down notes about a delivery. Most of our work involves managing sites around the city, so the office is our home base for the paperwork. Building 566 is an older structure, but it’s sturdy and has seen a lot of history. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. People around Lokseva Vasahat know us by name. We don't use any fancy software or big marketing tricks. We just show up every morning and get to work. It’s a simple life, but building things for people in Pune is what we know best. If the door is open, someone is usually inside drinking tea.
