Kumar Builder'S

You can find Kumar Builder’S over on East Street. We are set up on the second floor of Kumar Capital, specifically at 2413 East Street. It’s a central spot and pretty easy to get to if you are in the area. We’ve been in the building business for quite a while now. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a view of the street, which is always busy. The office is where all the planning and the paperwork happen. We aren't really the type for big speeches or polished presentations. We just sit down with our plans and figure out how to get the next project moving. Most of our time is spent talking to workers or checking on materials. Building things is hard work and it can be messy, but we like it. East Street has a lot of history and we feel like we are part of the local scene now. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the trade well. When someone comes into Kumar Capital looking for us, they usually just want to talk about a project or check on some documents. We keep things straightforward. There’s no need to make things more complicated than they are. We just build houses and commercial spaces, and we’ve been doing it right here from this office for a long time.
