Kumar Builders, Pune

Our office for Kumar Builders, Pune is located in Shivsagar City, right on Suncity Road in Vadgaon. We are in Flat No. A-3/103, which belongs to G.S. Mhasawade. Working out of a residential flat means it’s pretty quiet compared to a busy commercial street, which helps when we need to focus on the technical drawings and the budget sheets. Vadgaon is a growing area, and we’ve been busy with various projects around this side of the city. We don't have a big corporate banner or a flashy entrance. Most people find us because they’ve seen our sites or know someone we’ve built for. It’s a very hands-on business. One of us is usually out checking on the foundation work while the other is here in the office dealing with the local authorities or ordering materials. We get our hands dirty every day and we don't mind it. The office is filled with samples of granite and switches and plumbing fixtures that we’re looking at for different jobs. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. We aren't interested in being the most famous builders in Pune, we just want to do the work properly and make sure things work out for the people who end up living in what we build. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done, one brick at a time, year after year, right here in Vadgaon.
