You can find us at Kunal Ket, right near Chafekar Chowk in Chinchwadgaon. We are located at A4, care of A.M. Patil. Being in such a busy part of Pune means we are always right in the middle of everything. Kumar Builders Pune has been around this area for a good amount of time, and we’ve seen Chinchwad change a lot over the years. The office is usually a bit chaotic with people coming in and out, especially since we are so close to the main chowk. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just where we do the paperwork and keep track of our supplies. Most of the real work happens outside on the sites where it’s dirty and noisy. We spend our time managing the crew and making sure we have enough bricks and sand for the week. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan, but that’s just the nature of building things. We try to be practical about everything we do. If a wall needs fixing or a pipe is leaking, we just go and get it sorted. We aren't about big speeches or corporate meetings. We just sit down, look at the drawings, and figure out the best way to get the job done without overcomplicating things. It’s a local business run by people who actually know how to build.
