Kumar Builders Pune

Kumar Builders Pune is based out of Chambli, which is part of the Purandar district. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it out here because there is more space and it’s a bit more relaxed. Our setup is pretty basic, just a place to keep our records and meet with the guys who work on the sites. Most of our days are spent traveling around the Taluka to see how the construction is going. Purandar has its own challenges with the terrain and getting water to the sites, so we spend a lot of time problem-solving. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past and the word of mouth from people who live around here. If you come by the office, don't expect anything polished. It’s just a room with some desks, some maps of the local plots, and maybe a few samples of tiles or bricks lying around. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we understand how the ground is and what kind of building works best for the local weather. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks, making sure the mix is right and the workers are safe. It’s a steady life and we’re happy to be part of the community.
