Kumar Builders Ltd

We are located at A20 in the Balaji Prasnna Apartment, which is right near the Mhasoba Temple in Ambegaon. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find us because of the temple landmark. Kumar Builders Ltd has been operating from this corner of Pune for a while now. The office is usually humming with the sound of people talking over plans or the noise of the traffic outside on the main road. We keep things pretty simple. There are a few chairs, a couple of old computers, and a lot of paper everywhere. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels more like a home than a regular office, which suits us just fine. We spend our mornings checking on the projects nearby and then we usually end up back here in the afternoon to sort out the bills and talk to the guys on the sites. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. Being near Ambegaon means we see a lot of growth happening every day. We aren't doing anything flashy; we just make sure the work gets finished and the people we hire are doing what they are supposed to do. Sometimes the site work gets stressful when materials don't show up, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a regular local business run by regular people who just want to build things right.
