Kulshree Builders

We’ve been working out of this spot at Ganeshmala 8th Main 13/14 for a good while now. Kulshree Builders isn’t some massive company with a glass building; we’re just a small crew that knows how to handle bricks and mortar. Most mornings start early with us checking on the sites and making sure the cement arrived on time. Construction is a messy business and things don't always go exactly to plan, but we stay on it until the job is actually finished. Our office here is pretty simple, mostly filled with blueprints and some old chairs where we sit to talk about upcoming projects. We mostly work around this neighborhood because we know the ground and the local rules here. It’s a lot of physical labor, sweat, and sometimes arguing with suppliers over the price of steel. We don’t spend money on fancy ads or big signs. People usually find us because they saw a house we built nearby or a neighbor mentioned our name. We just try to build things that won’t fall apart and stay honest about what can be done with the budget. If you walk by Ganeshmala, you might see us loading up the truck or looking over some drawings. We keep things pretty practical around here and don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. Just regular building work for regular people who need a roof over their heads.
