If you’re looking for us, we’re down in Kothrud, at the Navlakha Complex in Sheela Vihar Colony. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but once you find Building 4, you’ll see us there. The shop is usually full of tires and tools, and there’s almost always a bit of grease on the floor, but that’s just the nature of the work. Kulkarni Tyres & Auto Services isn't a fancy showroom with shiny floors and coffee machines. It’s a working garage where things get fixed. We spend most of our time out in the bay or behind the counter dealing with whatever comes in. The Sheela Vihar Colony area is mostly residential, so we try not to be too loud early in the morning, but the sounds of the BKC area are always in the background. It’s a busy little complex and we’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with cars waiting for service, but we manage. The office part is just a small desk in the corner where we keep the books and take calls. It’s not much to look at, but it’s honest work and we like being part of the Kothrud community. We just show up every day, do the jobs that need doing, and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone who stops by. It is just a regular local shop doing its best.
