Kuber Properties

Kuber Properties is over in Pune City, specifically in H L Colony. It’s a decent neighborhood, and we’ve been here quite a while. The office isn't much to look at, just a few desks and some old cabinets where we keep the property files. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who want to buy or sell their homes in this part of town. Pune is a big city, but H L Colony feels like a smaller community where everyone knows each other. We don't have a big staff, so if you come in, you’re usually talking directly to us. We spend our days making phone calls, checking on paperwork, and showing people around different houses. Some days are long, and we don't get to leave the office until late in the evening. There's a small tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the phone. We don't do any flashy advertising or have a big sign with lights. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we prefer it that way. We just keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the local market prices. It’s a simple way to earn a living, and we enjoy the people we meet along the way.
