Ktms (Kalyani Group)

Ktms is part of the Kalyani Group and you can find us over in the Kondwa area of Pune. Kondwa has changed a lot over the years, getting more crowded and busy with every month that passes. We are just one of many businesses operating in this part of the city. Being part of a bigger group like Kalyani means there is always something happening, but here at our specific spot in Kondwa, we just handle our own bit of the work. The office isn't anything you would see in a magazine. It is just a regular place where we sit down and get things done. We don't spend time writing long speeches about what we want to achieve. Most of our time goes into the actual tasks of the day. The streets outside can be noisy with all the bikes and cars, but we are used to it by now. We have our routines that we follow every day. We come in, we have our tea, and we start on the list of things to do. It is a very normal way to spend a day. We don't have a lot of extra staff or people running around with clipboards. It is just us in Kondwa, making sure things don't fall behind. We have been here for a while and we know the local shops where we get our lunch. It is a basic setup, but it works for what we need.
