You can find us at 246/9 in Hinjewadi, not too far from the Tata Johnson area in Mulshi. It’s a part of Pune that has grown a lot lately, but we still feel like a local operation. The shop is usually humming with the sound of tools. We spend a lot of time looking at tiny details on the workbenches. It takes a certain kind of patience to do this every day. Our workspace is filled with shelves of various parts and tools we've collected over time. Some of the stuff is old, but it still works fine. We don't see the need to replace things just for the sake of it. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to understand what needs to be done. We usually have some tea in the mornings before the real work starts. The commute into Hinjewadi can be a bit of a headache with all the new construction, but we make it in. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get the work done for people who come to us. Our doors are usually open during the day unless it’s raining hard. We handle the paperwork when we have to, but we’d much rather be at the benches. It’s a practical life, and it suits us just fine. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific tool for a while, but it always turns up eventually.
