Kruti Constructions

We are over in Katraj, specifically in the MIDC PCNTDA area, Sector 10. Our spot is at 140/B. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't familiar with the industrial sectors, but it’s a good location for a construction outfit like ours. Kruti Constructions has been operating from this site for a while now. We have a yard where we keep some of our equipment and a small building that serves as our main office. It’s pretty basic inside—just some sturdy tables, a few chairs, and a lot of maps and site plans pinned to the walls. We don't spend a whole lot of time sitting around; most of the day we're out checking on progress or meeting with people. The office is mostly for the early morning meetings and the late evening wrap-ups. It gets pretty hot here in the afternoons, and the ceiling fans have to work overtime to keep us cool. There’s always a bit of grit and sand on the floors because of the nature of our work, no matter how much we sweep. We don't really bother with any marketing or big signs; people usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our equipment on a job site. It’s a straightforward way to work, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the building done.
