The shop sits at 39/A on Sinhagad Road, right at the corner of 4th Main Road in Shivanagar. If you are looking for Neelpadma Housing Society, we are pretty much right there. It is a busy spot and people are always coming and going. We have been selling and fixing power tools here for quite some time. The shelves are packed with boxes and there is usually a workbench in the back covered in grease and spare parts from a drill or a saw someone brought in. It gets a bit crowded inside when a few customers show up at once, especially on Saturday mornings. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, it is just us behind the counter or working on a motor. The floor has some marks from where heavy equipment has been dragged around over the years. We try to keep things organized but when you’re dealing with repairs, things get a little messy. It is a practical kind of place. You come in, tell us what’s wrong with your tool, and we see if we can get it spinning again. We know the neighbors and the people who live in the society nearby. It is just a local business trying to stay busy and helpful. Nothing more to it than that, really. Just tools and service on a busy road.
