K.Raheja Corporation

Our branch of K.Raheja Corporation is sitting at Sr.No.155 in Magarpatta, Hadapsar, right here in Pune. It is a well-known spot because of all the development in the area lately. We occupy a space that is fairly basic despite being in such a busy tech-heavy part of town. We are not trying to compete with the flashy IT buildings next door. Our office is more about the day-to-day operations and keeping things steady. The commute to Hadapsar can be a bit rough during peak hours, so most of us are happy to get inside and get to work. The layout inside is open, with a few cabins for the senior folks. We have a small area for lunch where we all sit together and talk about normal things, not just work. It is not a corporate cafeteria, just a table and some chairs. The windows look out over the street, so we can see the Pune traffic moving along. We handle a lot of the logistical and corporate tasks from here. It is a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls, really. No one here is trying to be a "disruptor" or anything like that. We just want to make sure the work is accurate. The 411028 area is growing fast, but inside our walls, things stay pretty much the same. We like the consistency of our routine and the fact that we can get things done without too much drama.
