You can find us in the Saimegh Building, which is part of the Kargil Society. We are located near the Ganpati temple, so that’s usually the best landmark to give people. It’s a local office where we do a lot of auditing and financial checking. The building is pretty standard for this area. We’ve got our space set up with the basic necessities: desks, chairs, and enough coffee to keep us going through the busy season. It gets quite lively around the temple during festivals, but the rest of the year it’s a pretty calm place to work. We are a small team and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; we just all pitch in to get the reports finished. Our days are mostly spent digging through receipts and bank statements. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but we find it satisfying to see everything balance out in the end. We don't have any corporate polish here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the furniture is a bit mismatched, but it’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We focus on getting the details right for the people who trust us with their finances. It’s just a regular local office doing its part in the community. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but we just ignore it. It’s where we get things done.
