Kpj Exim Private Limited is located in the Kothrud area of Pune. Our office is Flat No 3B in the Shivanand Apartment Condominium, which is on Plot No. 66. It’s in the S.No.121 part of Kothrud. Kothrud is a well-known part of Pune, very busy and full of life. Our office is in a residential building, which gives it a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere compared to a big commercial tower. We have been here for a while, running our exim business from this third-floor flat. It’s a simple setup with a few rooms used for offices. We have our computers, some filing cabinets, and a small area for meetings if someone visits. Most of our work is done over the phone or through the internet, dealing with trade details. Pune is a great city for this kind of work, and Kothrud is a good central spot for us. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights. It’s just a regular apartment door with the name on it. We like the fact that it feels like a local operation. Sometimes we have to deal with the usual apartment issues like the lift being serviced or parking being tight, but it’s all part of the routine. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks of moving goods and checking paperwork. It’s not a complicated life, just honest work in a nice neighborhood. We try to keep things organized and just keep moving.
