Hinjewadi Phase 1 is a bit of a trek for some of us, but 35 Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park is where we spend the bulk of our time. Being in the MIDC area means we are surrounded by other tech companies, but our corner feels a bit more lived-in. The office has that typical smell of carpet cleaner and old coffee that you find in most software hubs. It’s a big space, and sometimes it feels a bit empty when people are working from home, but when the whole team is in, it gets pretty lively. We have those standard gray cubicles and chairs that are okay for a few hours but make you want to stretch by four in the afternoon. The canteen is nothing special, but it’s where we vent about deadlines or talk about the traffic on the way in. It’s a lot of staring at screens and sitting in meetings that could have been emails, but that is just the nature of the industry we are in. We aren't trying to change the world with fancy slogans; we just want to get the code right and finish our tasks so we can beat the rush hour on the way back to the main city. It’s a practical, straightforward environment where the focus is purely on the work at hand. No one wears suits here, just regular clothes for a regular day of figuring out technical problems.
