Dev Enterprises

Our office for Dev Enterprises is at Flat No. 3 in the Radhakrishna Park CHS. We are located in Kothrud, right on Paud Road and very close to the SBI branch. It’s a bit of a mix here because it’s a housing society but we use the flat for our business activities. It makes for a quieter environment than being in a big commercial plaza. We have turned the main room into a workspace with desks and filing cabinets. Being near the bank is actually quite convenient for our daily chores. Kothrud is a busy part of Pune, and Paud Road always has something going on. We often walk down to the local market for supplies or to grab a quick snack. The flat is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to find us once they get through the gate of Radhakrishna Park. We don't have a big neon sign out front, just a small nameplate near the door. It’s a humble setup but it works for what we do at Dev Enterprises. Most of our day is spent at the computers or handling documents. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside in the garden, which is a nice change from the usual office noise. It’s a comfortable spot to work from and the location on Paud Road is really helpful for us. We’ve managed to fit everything we need into this flat and it feels right for the way we operate.
