Synovum India Automation

You can find our office in the Bandal Complex, specifically in Wing B, Block No. 3 of Building Number 1. We are situated near the Kothrud Depot and Bandal Capital, which makes it a pretty busy spot during the morning commute. At Synovum India Automation, we work on various control systems and automated setups for different clients. It sounds fancy, but really it’s just a lot of us sitting at desks with wires, sensors, and laptops trying to make things move correctly. The office is a bit small and usually has pieces of equipment scattered around the floor while we test them. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us who know our way around a circuit board. We don't have a big PR department or anything like that. Most people hear about us from others in the industry who needed help with a specific technical problem. Kothrud is a nice place to work from because everything you need is right nearby. We spend our days troubleshooting and putting together panels. Sometimes it's frustrating when a code doesn't work, but we eventually figure it out. We keep things pretty informal here. There’s no dress code, just whoever is available to grab the phone or meet a visitor. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to keep our workspace organized.
