Kothari Trexim is based right in the middle of the Gultekdi Market Yard. If you know the Shivaji Statue area, we are just a short walk from there at Sumit Plaza. We are at unit number 14. The market yard is always loud and busy with trucks and people moving goods around all day long. That is just how it is in this part of Pune. We handle trading and export stuff, which keeps us pretty busy with documents and phone calls. The office is straightforward. We have some shelves for files and a couple of old chairs for when visitors drop by. Being near the statue makes it easy to give directions, though parking can be a nightmare during peak hours. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The guys in the shop next door are friendly, so it is a nice community of traders. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything. It is just a work space. Most of our day is spent tracking shipments or talking to vendors. It gets dusty because of all the activity outside, but you get used to it. Trexim work involves a lot of back and forth, so we are always on the go. It’s a practical setup for the kind of business we do. We like being in the heart of the trade zone. It keeps us on our toes every single day and we stay busy.
