Kothari Mangal Kendra

Kothari Mangal Kendra is at Sr No 3 in Vadgaon Sheri right across from the vegetable market. Being near the market is actually really helpful for us because everything is right there. We get to see the vendors setting up early in the morning while we are starting our own day. Vadgaon Sheri has a mix of old and new parts and we are in a spot that feels quite established. The building at Sr No 3 isn't anything special to look at but it’s sturdy and has enough room for our equipment. We spend a lot of our time dealing with logistics and making sure we have enough of everything. It’s not all just cooking. There is a lot of cleaning and organizing that happens behind the scenes. We don't have a polished way of talking about ourselves because we are too busy working to worry about that. The kitchen can get quite loud and messy when things are in full swing. We just try to keep our heads down and get through the list of things to do. The people around here are friendly and we like being in this part of Vadgaon Sheri. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. We don't talk much or make big promises. We just do the work as it comes to us and hope the traffic isn't too bad.
