We’re over at E-14 in the Bhosari Industrial Area. Most people in this part of Pune know the industrial estate well. We’ve been here for quite a while, and the building has seen better days, but it’s sturdy. We handle a lot of different office and school supplies. If you’ve ever used a glue stick or some carbon paper, there’s a good chance it came through a place like ours. The floor is always busy with people moving boxes around. We have a lot of long-term employees who know the stock better than I do. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the pallets stacked up. The morning shift starts early, and there’s usually a queue of trucks outside waiting to load. We aren’t big on fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the machines are running. The break room has an old kettle that takes forever to boil, but that’s where we all catch up. It’s a very grounded kind of workplace. We don’t put on any acts. If you come by, you’ll see us in our work clothes, probably busy with a shipment. We’ve been part of the local business scene for a long time now. It’s just a regular, hard-working environment where we get things done. We usually lock up around six.
