Raga Lawns

Raga Lawns is located over at No. 81/ 82 off Pingale Road in the North Mundwa area. If you’ve ever been by this way, you probably know the spot. It is a big open space where we host all kinds of events, mostly weddings and family parties that get pretty loud and lively. Keeping the grass green is a full-time job, especially when the weather gets dry, but we do what we can. Our team is usually out there early in the morning picking up after the night before or setting up chairs for the next group coming in. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. The annex area gives us a bit more room to breathe when things get crowded. We aren't a big fancy hotel or anything like that. We are just a local venue where families come to celebrate things that matter to them. Sometimes the traffic on Pingale Road gets a bit backed up, but once you get inside the gate, it feels a lot quieter. We have a small shed where we keep all the decorations and tools. It’s mostly about making sure the space is ready and the lights work. We’ve seen a lot of happy couples and noisy kids run around these lawns over the years. It feels good to provide a place for people to gather without too much fuss or unnecessary stuff going on in the background.
