We operate out of Rahul Terrace right in the middle of Koregaon Park. HR work isn't always exciting, but it keeps us busy every single day. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. The office is a bit small but it works for what we need to get done. Koregaon Park is a lively area, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We handle the usual stuff like payroll questions, hiring paperwork, and helping local companies find the right staff members. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making phone calls to verify details. Sometimes the internet acts up or we get a stack of files that needs manual sorting, but we get through it eventually. We aren't a big corporation, just a team trying to make the hiring process a bit simpler for everyone involved. People stop by frequently to drop off their details or ask about openings. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated for them. The building is easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood. It gets quiet in the afternoons which is when we catch up on all the emails that piled up. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve seen a lot of people come and go through these doors. It’s just regular work, really. There are no big secrets to it.
