We are based out of Mayanagari in Pune, right behind the Growel House. Our office is at C-5. It is a convenient spot because we are just across from the Alfalaval Company on the Pune-Mumbai Highway. Being so close to the highway means things move fast around here, and there is always a lot of noise from the trucks passing by. Our setup is quite simple. We have a small area for desks and a back room where we keep various elevator components. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. Most of our work happens out on site, so the office is mostly a place for us to coordinate and handle paperwork. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and we know most of the people in the neighboring industrial units. The highway traffic can be a struggle when we are trying to get our vans out for a job, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. It's just a functional workspace for our team. We usually grab lunch at a nearby stall. It's an honest living and we just take each day as it comes. We stay focused on the tasks we have in front of us without making things too complicated.
