Kone Elevator (India) P Ltd is located over at Omkar Garden in Pune. It is a pretty well-known spot in this part of the city. We have a modest space here where we handle all our daily operations. Pune has a lot of traffic these days, so getting into Omkar Garden can be a bit of a struggle in the mornings. Once we are inside, it’s just the usual office routine. We have our desks, some old chairs, and a lot of documents scattered around. We don't really go in for the fancy office look. It’s more about having a place to sit and work. The area around Omkar Garden is quite lively, so there is always somewhere to go if we need to grab a quick snack or a cup of tea. We have a small team here, and we have all been working together for quite some time. We know each other's habits and how to get things done without too much fuss. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the windows open or turn on the fans. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We don't have any big corporate goals we talk about; we just focus on finishing whatever is on the desk for that day. It's a steady place to be, and we like the neighborhood. Hopefully, the monsoon doesn't leak through the windows this year.
