We’ve been here at Ujwal Terraces in Dhayari for a while now. Most people know us from the Raikar Nagar area. We mostly handle things out of our office in the K-Bldg on the sixth floor. It’s a busy spot near the main road. Sometimes the traffic on Sinhgad Road gets a bit much, but we make it work. We spend most of our time out at job sites anyway. Our crew is usually running around the city checking on things or meeting people at their buildings. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we keep our paperwork and tools. If you are looking for us, Flat 602 is where the lights are usually on late. We deal with lifts and escalators all day long. It's dusty work sometimes, but someone has to do it so people don't have to take the stairs. Most of the guys here have lived in Pune for years. We know the shortcuts around Raikar Nagar pretty well. We just try to get the jobs done without making a big fuss about it. We don't have a big receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you'll just find a few of us sitting around a desk figuring out the schedule for the next day. The rain during the monsoon makes the commute to Dhayari Main Road a bit of a challenge, but we still manage to show up. We keep a lot of spare parts in the back room. It can get a bit cluttered, to be honest. But we know where everything is when a call comes in.
