Kone Elevator (I) Pvt Ltd

We are Kone Elevator (I) Pvt Ltd. Our office is set up inside Flat No.14 at Sarthi Swapna Apartment Phase II. It is located in Maitraya Park, over in the Kothrud area of Pune, 411038. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels a bit more like a home than a traditional office, which we don't mind. Kothrud is a nice part of Pune to be in, and Maitraya Park is a decent residential spot. We have our desks set up in the different rooms, and we try to keep things as tidy as possible, though it gets a bit messy when we are busy. It’s a quiet place mostly, which helps us get things done without too much distraction. We don't have a big front desk or a lobby, so if someone stops by, they usually just knock on the door of Flat 14. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking on the phone with clients. Sometimes we sit out on the balcony for a few minutes to get some fresh air. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but that is just part of living and working in an apartment. We are just a small group of people trying to do our jobs well from this space in Sarthi Swapna. It works for us. We just make sure the door is locked when we leave.
