Tricon Infra Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is basically a group of us who work with concrete and building stuff every single day. We are focused on readymix concrete and general civil contracting work. It is not the kind of job where you wear a suit and sit in a chair. Most of us are out on the sites getting our boots dirty. We have the mixing trucks and the heavy equipment that we have to look after all the time. It is a lot of noise and a lot of heavy lifting but that is what we know how to do. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big goals about changing the world. We just want to make sure the concrete is mixed right and the walls go up straight. Sometimes the weather is bad and we have to wait around or the machines break and we have to fix them ourselves on the spot. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen many projects through from start to finish. We don't talk much about being the best because we are too busy working. It is a practical business. If there is a job to do we just go and do it. We handle the paperwork too but the real work happens out in the sun with the crew. It’s just how we live and how we earn our pay. We keep the trucks running and the concrete moving every day.
