Konark Housing

Konark Housing has its office in Chinchwad at 49/50. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some maps and project plans. Chinchwad is a fast-moving part of the city, and we have been here to see it happen. Most of our work involves managing buildings and seeing new ones get started. It's a lot of phone calls to contractors and visiting sites to see why things are running late. Usually, it's the weather or a delivery truck that got lost. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a few people trying to make sure the housing projects we handle are actually getting finished. The office can get a bit hectic when a deadline is coming up. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the paperwork. There is always a mountain of forms for the local authorities. It’s not the most exciting part of the job, but it has to be done. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. People know they can find us here if they have a question about their home or a plot of land. We don't use big words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. We just work here in Chinchwad and try to do an honest job every day. It keeps us busy and the years seem to go by pretty fast.
