Koltepatil Ltd. Pune

We are based over in Old Sangvi at number 39, Lane No 2 in Madhuban. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to some of the busier parts of Pune. Being in 411027 means we are away from the heaviest city traffic, which is a nice change of pace. Our office is a simple setup for Koltepatil Ltd. Pune. We don't have fancy lobbies or a bunch of receptionists. It’s usually just a couple of us here working on the computers and taking phone calls. We handle the local development work from this location. Most of our day is spent looking at site reports or dealing with the local authorities. The lane we are on is quite narrow, so parking can be a bit of a challenge if more than one car shows up at once. We've got a lot of files and maps spread out on the tables most of the time. It’s a working office, through and through. We usually grab lunch from one of the small shops nearby or bring something from home. It feels like a neighborhood business because we see the same people walking past every day. We’ve been at this address for long enough that everyone knows who we are. It’s a practical place to work, and it lets us stay close to the actual projects we are building around this side of town. Sometimes it gets hot in the afternoons but we manage fine.
