Our office is at 201 in Wagholi, right near the Ivy Estate. It’s a fast-growing part of the city, and being near the estate makes it easy for people to find us. We handle the development of various housing projects from this office. It’s a pretty busy place with a lot of different people coming through the doors every day. We have some architectural models on display so people can see what the finished buildings will look like, but otherwise, it’s a very functional workspace. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites or dealing with the many forms and documents that go into real estate. We don't have a polished corporate manner. We’re just a group of people who know the Wagholi area well and work here every day. Sometimes the traffic out this way can be a bit much, but it’s where all the new homes are being built, so we need to be here. We talk to people about where they want to live and what they can afford without any of the usual sales talk. It's just a straightforward conversation about homes. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we’ve seen how Wagholi has turned from a quiet spot into a bustling area. We’re just a part of that growth, working out of our office at number 201 and trying to keep everything on track.
