We spend most of our days over at Sai Ganesh Park in Keshav Nagar. It's a busy part of Chinchwad and we've been at this address, C-12, for a while now. Some of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad, though the traffic in Pune can get a bit much during peak hours. The office itself is just where we get our paperwork done and meet people who are looking for information about our projects. It isn't a fancy setup but it works for what we need. People often stop by just to ask directions or check on things. We have a small team here. Most mornings start with tea and going over the schedule for the week. The building is easy to find if you know the Keshav Nagar area. We don't really have a big reception desk or anything like that. It's just a regular workspace where we handle the day-to-day tasks that come with being developers. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, but that's just how things are in this part of town. We keep our files organized and try to make sure everyone who walks through the door gets what they need. There's usually a lot of noise from the street outside, but once you step inside, it's a bit quieter. We've gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. Koltepatil Developers Limited is just us working here in Pune.
