Koltepatil Associates

Koltepatil Associates operates out of Ravi Kiran in the Shahu Nagar area of Kedgaon. We are located in Ahmednagar, which has a different feel than the bigger cities nearby. Our office is a straightforward place where we get our work done without much fuss. We aren't a big corporate setup with receptionists in uniforms. It’s usually just one of us answering the door or the phone. We’ve been in Kedgaon for a while and have gotten to know the neighborhood pretty well. The Ravi Kiran building is a familiar spot for the people living around here. Inside, the office is mostly filled with files, site maps, and the basic furniture we need to stay productive. We spend our hours talking to people about land and buildings, trying to make sure everything is handled correctly. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s a bit chaotic with several things happening at once. We don't have any polished marketing materials lying around the place. It’s more likely you’ll see a half-empty cup of tea and some handwritten notes on a desk. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to act like a big-city firm. We are just local people working in the real estate sector, trying to keep our projects on track. Being part of Koltepatil Associates means we have a lot to manage, but we take it one day at a time from our office in Ahmednagar.
