Kolte-Patil Foundation

Our office is in Pune, right on Dhole Patil Road. We are in the City Point building, occupying a few rooms in the 205 to 206A-B-C area on the second floor. It’s a busy part of the city, and you can always hear the sound of the traffic and people moving around outside. Kolte-Patil Foundation has been working from this spot for a while now. Even though we are in a proper office building, it doesn’t feel very corporate inside. We have desks covered in papers and calendars marked with scribbled notes. It’s a real working space, not a showroom. We spend our days coordinating things and trying to stay organized, which isn't always easy. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have a big project going on, but we usually figure it out. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Dhole Patil Road is a great location because it’s easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We like being in the middle of everything in Pune. It keeps us connected to the real world. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to do our jobs and help the foundation grow in a way that makes sense for the community.
