So, we are located in Dhayari, which is a part of Pune that has changed a lot lately. Our office is on the first floor of Herambh Nivas. It’s inside Maherwat Society, specifically at Sr. No. 14/3/A/15. If you know Dhayari Road, you can find us pretty easily. We do development work here. It’s mostly just us sitting around tables, looking at plans and talking to contractors. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the traffic picks up on the main road outside. We aren't a huge corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a local setup. We’ve been part of the Pune scene for some time now. There’s a small shop downstairs where we grab snacks when we have a break. Working in development means dealing with a lot of paperwork and government offices, which can be a real headache, but it’s what we do. The Maherwat Society area is mostly families, so it’s a nice place to work from. We don't have a marketing team writing these words for us, it's just me typing this out on a Friday afternoon. We handle the day-to-day stuff of building and planning. Pune 411041 is where you’ll find us if you’re looking. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and go home to our families. Nothing more to it really. It is a long day usually, but we keep at it for the community.
