Our office is located at Flat No. 9 in the 'Om' Building, which is part of the Krutarth Co-Op Housing Society. We are care of Mr. Utkarsh D. Shah. It's situated on the Pune Satara Road in the Pune-37 area. It’s a residential building, so the atmosphere is quite different from a downtown office block. We like it that way because it’s a bit more relaxed. We have our files and computers set up in what used to be a living space for Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. It’s where we handle all the administrative parts of being developers. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons usually involve site visits or meeting people who want to talk about property. The traffic on Satara Road can be a nightmare sometimes, so we try to plan our trips carefully. Inside the office, things are usually pretty calm. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We just need a solid place to work and coordinate our projects. People sometimes get confused finding the building, but once you find building number 7, it’s easy. We’ve been here for a while and the location suits our needs just fine. It’s a very grounded way to run a business, being right there in a neighborhood where people actually live. We just take things one day at a time here.
