We are located over at 22 Indira Nagar Co Op Hsg Society. It is just off Senapati Bapat Road, right behind the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan building. If you know that area of Pune 16, we are pretty easy to spot. It’s a nice, established neighborhood. Our office isn't anything spectacular, just a flat that we converted into a workspace for Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which we actually prefer. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small area for meetings. Being behind the Vidya Bhavan keeps us away from the main noise of the road, but we're still close enough to get anywhere quickly. We spend a lot of time here going over project details and managing the site teams. It’s a practical setup. Most of the neighbors know us by now. We try to keep things quiet and respectful since it’s a housing society. There is always tea being made in the kitchen and the sound of someone typing away. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the development work we have in front of us. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when deadlines are coming up, but that is just the nature of the job. It's a good place to be based in the city and we plan to stay here for a long time.
